if the ayla bombe is the fruity one, this is its clean, bright sibling. it's grown by small farming families in chelbesa, right where yirgacheffe and guji meet. it's a classic washed ethiopian: super clean and floral, with jasmine and lemon up front and a soft brown sugar sweetness that keeps it really easy to drink. this one really shines as a pour over.

we recommend whole bean for the best cup, but if you don't have a grinder we'll grind it fresh on roast day.
