When is your coffee roasted?

We roast every Sunday and Thursday. Your order ships from our most recent roast, and if we're out of a coffee we roast it fresh for you, which is most of the time.

How fast do orders ship?

Every order ships within 2 business days.

Do you offer ground coffee?

Yes, ground coffee is available for our Sips Blend and Face Plant Blend. All other coffees are whole bean.

How do subscriptions work?

Choose your coffee and how often you'd like it delivered, and that order repeats on your schedule for the length of your subscription. Subscribers save 10% on every order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.

Do you cater events?

Hi my name is Sergio, i am the owner and roaster of sprig coffee roastery in Redmond, Oregon. my love for coffee began when a family member made me a pour over coffee. i never experienced coffee like that before and immediately became obsessed. i started to experiment with coffee roasting and bought a small coffee roaster. i began to sell to family and friends, and thus sprig coffee was created. i absolutely love this project and my hope is to see this blossom to its fullest potential.
