Shipping policy

When your coffee ships. We roast in small batches every Sunday and Thursday in Redmond, Oregon. Every order ships within 2 business days, from our most recent roast. The roast date is printed on every bag.

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping costs. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, and you'll see the cost before you pay.

Tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Subscriptions. Subscription orders ship on your chosen schedule, from the most recent roast.

Damaged or lost packages. If your coffee arrives damaged, or your package doesn't arrive, email us at contact@sprigcoffee.com and we'll make it right. See our refund policy for details.
