this is for all traditional coffee lovers. i created this blend to be a crowd pleaser. a coffee that is strong enough to cut through milk. when i am roasting this coffee i aim to keep acidity low but not overly bitter. i use this at my coffee bar to make all my drinks and always receive positive feedback. this is a sprig staple. i hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
