decaf doesn’t have to mean dull — and this one proves it. grown high in the chiapas region of southern mexico, this coffee comes from small organic farms tucked into the mountains. it’s decaffeinated using the mountain water process, which keeps all the natural flavor intact without any harsh chemicals.
in the cup, it’s clean and comforting — a little tea-like in body, with a touch of dried lemon peel brightness that keeps it lively. there’s a gentle cane-sugar sweetness that hangs around, and if you take it a bit darker, you’ll catch those soft cocoa and honey-graham notes.
